NEWSLETTER May Issue

WHAT TO EXPECT

Welcome to our first Aquiares newsletter! Whether you subscribed because you visited our estate, found us through social media, savored our coffee (or any of our other products!), or forged a partnership with us for your company, we're thrilled to have you here. Our aim with this newsletter is to keep you informed and engaged with all things Aquiares, from company updates to upcoming projects, and of course, plenty of

coffee-related content.

END OF HARVEST

This year's coffee harvest (23-24) presented unique challenges with a delayed ripening period, shifting our peak harvest time to January (when it's usually between November and December). This shift required us to react swiftly, ensuring we had sufficient manpower in January. Although this particular harvest yielded a lower quantity of coffee, the quality surpassed our expectations, delivering an exceptional product. We are also very excited to try new fermentation methods using hydrolate from our essential oils project. Micro lot sales are going great and have been selling fast and once again we have broken our record of price per pound. We are happy to see what the upcoming harvest has in store for us and are looking forward to the coffee renovations we will be planting with varietals such as Esperanza, Mariana, SL28 and Starmaya.
